Our vision is to create one of the world’s largest, most innovative, and socially vibrant hostel facilities, designed to accommodate 5,500 guests within a single integrated complex. This modern hostel brings together contemporary architectural design, spacious communal areas, and a rich variety of lifestyle amenities.
This 5,500-bed hostel is envisioned as a new-generation accommodation hub—
a place where young people can live, learn, socialize, and grow. With its modern architecture, iconic atrium, and diverse social amenities, the project aims to set a new benchmark for large-scale hostel design in the region and beyond.
